Beaumont du Lac
Before carrying on towards the lake’s large extents, this small village welcomes you to its small lake, its little square embellished with Pierre Digan’s masterpieces and its Roman church. Land of beliefs, is also the home to the Saint Eutrope fountain, known saint for his healing properties for the maimed.
It is the starting point of a land-art walk called Utopia.

Did you know?
The Mont Crozat is the highest point of the Haute-Vienne with its 777m and overlooks the Vassivière Lake. You can access it by taking the poet’s trail which takes you to the orientation table where the view goes as far as the Sancy moutain range.
