Endurance Stand-Up-Paddles, canoes, kayaks and pirogues, 4 or 10 hours… The choice is yours!
For the past 7 years, this paddle sports event, the only one of its kind in Europe, has been held on Lac de Vassivière, welcoming the elite of the discipline.
The principle : the most courageous paddlers compete over a 10-hour event in teams and relays, or solo, each at their own pace, thanks to a “24 Hours of Le Mans”-style stand-up system.
The 4-hour Challenge, based on the same principle, as well as the Kids race, enable a wide public to try their hand at adventure and meet the elite of the discipline.
For all, the aim is simple: complete as many laps as possible on a loop of around 6 km, to be completed as many times as necessary within the duration of the chosen event.
New features :
- Already open to paddles, canoes, kayaks and prone boats, in 2025 the event opens up to piroques.
- For the first time this year, the 10-hour event, voted favorite federal event at the Sup Passion Awards, will be the first stage of the “Double 10” European Ultra Long Distance Challenge.
The 10 h and 4 h are also included in the Sup World Ranking calendar, which awards points to the top 20 finishers for the world ranking.
