Lake running tour and Nordic Walking

A site… challenges… and much more !

Challenge Vassivière lake during this 26th edition even more intense with 2 major challenges :

• The classic, 23,4 km running race on a hilly trail using the road around the lake.
• The 26km Nordic walk, listed on the “National Nordic Tour ” calendar and going along the lake via the shore trail, you will mix with the French and regional walkers. This challenge of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine championship supporting the “Lana Nordic Walk ” championship will be the occasaion to get many points.
• Other challenges will allow a larger public to take part in this major sporty weekend with nearly 900 contestants : 9,5km nature, 9km of discovery nordic walk and the children’s race 800m or 1.600m.

Program :

Bib collection in the village of Auphelle from Saturday June 22 at 10 a.m. and Sunday June 23 from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.

Saturday June 28 :

• 1 p.m.: Nordic walking, 26Km on the riverside path
• 2:30 p.m.: discovery Nordic walking, 9 km
• 5 p.m.: nature run. 9.5km

Sunday June 29 :

• 9 a.m.: Tour of the lake. 23.4 km
• 9:30 a.m.: children’s races, 800 & 1600 m

Adapted catering (in the form of a refreshment bar).
Fitness warm-up on the line, 15 minutes before departure.
