A native of Bordeaux of Fulani origin, he plays with words and juggles languages. His poetry, inherited from his Fulani ancestors, is both rhythmic and melodic, opening up the world. Inspired by the words of the elders and the roots of his native land, each text is an ode to tradition. Blending genres and cultures, Souleymane Diamanka transcends the spoken word with his warm, deep voice in each of his shows, where emotion and technique come together in subtle harmony.

In his show "One poet show", alone on stage, the artist immerses the audience in a sensory journey where the poetry of words is one with that of the images in the background and the soundtrack emerging from the limbo of his childhood.
