It all started with a meeting with Mr THEVENIN (producer and spokesman for the Syndicat des SIMPLES). After several visits with him, I was lucky enough to discover the wonderful world of plants. In 2010, I set up in Nouziers on a plot of land planted with trees, where I also gather plants with a view to preserving natural resources. I decided to label my products with the S.I.M.P.L.E.S. brand.
