Organic sheep and goat farm in mid-mountain area, on natural meadows, peat bogs and callune, forests and wetlands. Located in the Natura 2000 zone of the PNR de Millevaches, close to the Thaurion, the farm contributes to the restoration and preservation of the plateau's pastoral zones, which are refuges for rare and precious species, including birds such as the Grey Shrike, the Short-toed Eagle and the Woodlark. Production of sheep's and goat's cheeses, sheep's merguez.
