For all of us, the children, grandchildren and wife of artist Georges Chazaud, this exhibition project is essentially a powerful tribute to the fabulous man and marvellous artist he was... Some have called his work ?a happy work?, and it's true that joy and praise for life are intensely present in Georges Chazaud's work. For a long time, we've wanted to show the path of an artist?s life, his different perspectives in an intense career rich in encounters and artistic commitments. His work, woven, painted, drawn and written, will never cease to strive towards a pure and simply eternal truth.
