Eglise Saint Sylvain - Bonnat

Historic site and monument, Church in Bonnat
  • Church dedicated to Saint Sylvain, whose cult is linked to the protection of children. Its construction dates back to the end of the 13th century. During the 100 Years' War, it was fortified and occupied by men-at-arms in 1448 and 1449 to repel English assaults. Today, the battlements built for its defense are still visible.
