Belvédère du centenaire du LMB

On the heights of Felletin, in the Beaumont district, this monument pays tribute to the building trades. It shows the evolution of dry-stone construction techniques. At the far end is a monumental work of art proposed by alumni of the Lycée des Métiers du Bâtiment: a monolith of impressive dimensions (2.50 m high and 1 m wide at the base, weighing in at 10 tonnes!). The view of the Lycée des Métiers du Bâtiment is breathtaking.
