Mountain biking and road biking
Distributed throughout the territory, in the heart of the green hills of Chabrières, Maupuy, Puy des 3 Cornes and through the country roads, theFFC mountain biking site of the Monts de Guéret awaits you on more than 720 km of marked, maintained and secure circuits. You will ride at your own pace on trails adapted to your level of practice.

For lovers of road bike outings, the Monts de Guéret Nature Sports Station, with the Creuse Departmental Council, offers3 local marked loops (from 15 to 35 km) for a discovery ride with the family and/or circuits from 69 to 136 km (downloadable) for the more sporty. Trail
In the heart of the Espace Trail des Monts de Guéret, straddle gorges, mounts and valleys, jump from path to path, from stones to roots and travel through the magnificent landscapes and green reliefs of the Maupuy and Chabrières massifs.
With 10 specific circuits, 3 marked circuits dedicated to night practice, 3 different gateways to the territory and at your disposal specific training courses, one thing is certain, if you like trail running, you will enjoy yourself in the Monts de Guéret! Hiking
With a variable altitude from 300 to 687 m, in the heart of a forest massif of more than 2500 hectares, in plain or along the gorges of the Creuse, the Monts de Guéret offer privileged spaces forhiking and Nordic walking. Your walks are also an opportunity to discover an important natural and archaeological heritage while evolving on medium mountain routes.

Leisure bases
On the communes of Anzême and Jouillat, the beaches of Péchadoire and Lavaudprovide two baths developed in July and August as well as leisure activities in the heart of the Creuse valley. Having many developments made over the past two years, these two beaches offer you many activities near tourist accommodations (camping and lodging). On each of the two sites there is also a bar-restaurant and a picnic area.

Get some height!
The Chabrières Adventure Park
TheChabrières Adventure Park vinvites you to discover the forest in a different way. With its 3 courses and its net area, young and old, alone, with family, friends or in groups, you go from tree to tree on sensational workshops. In all serenity, you evolve in the middle of the coniferous trees of the forest of Chabrières. Emotion, pleasure and thrills guaranteed! If you strain your ear, you may hear the howling of wolves. Glénic’Grimpe
Envy to play balancing act? Beginner or confirmed climber, your way is all found in the Monts de Guéret! The viaduct of Glénic is one of the three climbing sites of the territory. With a height of 19.5 m above the river, it offers you great sensations with its routes of initiation and difficulty. The giant zip line
You start from a platform 16m above water level, set up on a tree on the Jouillat beach side, towards a tree platform on the plage d’Anzême side before crossing the Creuse River again to reach the Jouillat beach.Sensations guaranteed!
