Fernand Maillaud House

Fernand Maillaud was a painter and artist of the late 19th century, early 20th century. Originally from the Indre region, he was often drawn to the Creuse to paint his landscapes.

Getting there

Fernand Maillaud had bought a piece of land in Guéret on which he built a house that he nicknamed the Renabec. He set up a workshop there, and used to come regularly in the summers.

The descendants of Fernand Maillaud open the doors of this fabulous house, in which everything is found to be shaped by the artist or his family: a real treasure!

Dernière balade creusoise… petit tour rapide au labyrinthe.
