Meetings in 3 stages:
11:30 am: Apéro-Tchatche – Free
During an hour, participants exchange around current themes.
12:30 p.m.: Lunch
Season after season, chefs (inns or foodtrucks) offer menus featuring culinary specialties and local products.
3:00 p.m.: Instant culture: place for live entertainment
Dance, French song, polyphonic singing, theater, strolls… we meet in the afternoon for a multidisciplinary program.

Saturday, January 29, 2022: Launch of the Bistrots in Flayat
The bistrots will be officiallylaunched on Saturday, January 29 at 7pm at Café de l’Espace. An opportunity to discover the program of this 22nd edition of the Winter Bistrots.
7pm: Launch of the Bistrots; Catering on site.
9pm: Let the music take you away with two concerts. Be careful because these are by reservation (at 05.55.67.88.58).
The artists who open the ball are: David Lafore, a clever mix of humor and song as crazy as it is sensitive; And VLAD self-proclaimed dictator who rules over Vladkistan, a nomadic and shifting country.
Sunday, March 20, 2022: Last Winter Bistro in Saint-Georges-Nigremont
11:30 a.m.: Apéro-Tchatche around the topic “ecotourism: travel agency and hikes on the Plateau de Millevaches” by Etienne Despain mountain guide.
12:30 pm : Lunch at the Montagne Noire (reservation from February 17).
3 pm : Concert “Silences” show between singing and circus, between sensuality and monstrosity, between heartfelt cry and whisper. A magnificent show to close this 22nd edition of the Bistrots d’Hiver …
