Mushrooms & Champagne

From pickings to aperitifs there’s only one step! That’s what the team at the Café de l’Espace in Flayat has figured out, and they’re offering a day around the pleasures of fall. Appointment on Sunday, October 16th at 9:30 am with Pierre who will be your mycologist guide for the morning. Objective: find the star of our forests: the cep!

With the fruit of the picking you will prepare a mushroom omelet; before going to the table you will toast around the bar with a glass of champagne.

Gourmet and conviviality is the whole spirit of the Champ’ day 🙂
