Description of the itinerary

Connecting several departments (Cher to the north, Allier to the east, Corrèze and Haute Vienne to the south), the 168 km Eastern Bicycle Route crosses the Pays Combraille en Marche to join the Pays Sud Creusois up to the Regional Natural Park of Millevaches in Limousin.

This route along the water, Landes and La Naute ponds; Lavaud-Gelade and Vassivière lakes, will delight nature lovers. Follow in the footsteps of George Sand in Boussac, visit the abbey of Chambon-sur-Voueize, relax in the charming spa town of Evaux-les-Bains and discover the secrets of tapestry in Aubusson and Felletin. The Véloroute Est takes you to visit the most beautiful landscapes of the Creuse and its rich and varied heritage.
